A year changes more than we admit.


The things that once felt heavy don’t hit the same anymore. Not because life got easier, but because you chose, quietly and repeatedly, to show up anyway.


Angel picked the best seat at the table this afternoon, completely unbothered.

I had the book.

She had the energy.


As Emma Grede puts it: take ownership, stay consistent, trust the work.



Faith isn’t always loud.

Sometimes it looks like stillness, a Sunday without notifications and the discipline to be present in it.
